We provide quote review, project oversight and tracking via our accessible web app and personal rep service. Ido provides homeowners with a smart home concierge app and reliable home service platform.

With an Ido subscription, you can start as many projects as you want and we’ll find you the best contractors and quotes for any project. With higher tier plans, you also receive more hands-on project management from Ido to free up your time. Your subscription is billed monthly. Ido offers a free 1-month trial for homeowners to experience firsthand how Ido makes home ownership easier.

To ensure you are getting a fair rate from our vetted contractors, Ido’s trained reps filter all incoming quotes and select the best based on a proprietary process that involves considering the price in relation to the project scope and needs, timeline, and years of experience.

Contractors in our pro network undergo an in-depth vetting process with full background and business health checks. Aside from making sure that contractors in our network are licensed, bonded and insured, we ensure that they are highly skilled and trustworthy. We also conduct skills assessments as well as ongoing performance reviews to maintain a network of trusted top-notch pros.

Yes. A platinum plan can be customized to fit your more complex and specific home service needs.

If you are dissatisfied with your Ido service, please contact us at 844-436-3678 to speak to a customer service agent about canceling your subscription.

We take our customers’ concerns seriously. Please email your Ido rep if you have concerns about your contractor or call us at 844-436-3678 to register your concerns. We will address them promptly.

You’re always welcome to call us at 844-436-3678, but when you have an Ido subscription, that means there’s a dedicated Ido rep assigned to your project. In the app, you will be given the direct contact of your project rep and they are always happy to help you resolve any issues.

For specific project needs during regular business hours (9am-5pm PST), you can message, email or call your assigned Ido rep directly. You can also call us during normal business hours as well as in emergency situations for immediate assistance at 844-436-3678

Yes. Having an Ido subscription means that we are here for you when the unforeseen happens, whether that is at 10pm or 2am in the morning. An Ido rep will answer your call and help you promptly resolve your home emergency.

When you start a project, your Ido rep is there to help you at every step of the way. This includes helping you determine what’s really needed for your project or the scope of work, finding qualified contractors for the job, reviewing quotes for you, and making sure that the project runs smoothly. Your Ido rep is also there to help answer any questions you may have along the way.

No. We do not charge contractors a fee for jobs booked through Ido, so there’s no markup and your project costs stay as low as possible. With Ido there are no hidden fees and contractors keep 100% of the pay.

We created Ido so that those in the skilled trades and home services could gain better work opportunities and the benefits of having a rep on your side, and so that homeowners could connect with high quality service professionals they could trust and hire immediately. Our Pro Network is a directory of vetted professionals with skills and services that we connect to our customers in need of home improvements.

There is no cost to join the Ido Pro Network. Any skilled home service pro can sign up to be connected to pre-qualified job requests matching your exact skills and work preferences.

No. Qualified pros do not have to pay for leads or visibility. You keep every penny you earn on jobs booked through Ido.

No, Ido does not charge contractors a fee for jobs booked through Ido. After you have booked at least $20,000 of work through Ido and experienced firsthand how Ido works for you, we negotiate a fair annual percentage based on your performance to continue growing together.

Whenever homeowners in your area put in work requests that match your service area and skill sets, we’ll notify you with the detailed scope of work. You provide quotes for the work that interests you. We limit the competition for jobs, and homeowners choose from up to 3 of the top quotes we present. If the homeowner chooses your quote, you win the project. You’ll get all the info you need to start the job. We’ll provide the needed support.

Pros who pass our info verification and background check become qualified to join a trusted network of quality professionals. Whenever a homeowner requests pro work, we contact those in our network.

Ido provides a fair playground. Because you don’t pay for job connections, we don’t play favorites. All contractors in our network have equal footing within their service area, skills and qualifications. They have the same opportunity to win jobs that match their expertise. We set a limit for the number of quotes we accept before we present up to 3 of the top quotes to the homeowner. This means you have a higher chance of winning the job simply by being a part of the trusted Ido Pro Network.

Signup is easy. Simply create an account here and fill out the form with your information. Define your skills, experience and areas of service. Then upload any supporting documents needed. After you’ve submitted the form, we’ll verify the info you provided. A rep will reach out to clarify any details and get you set up.

On large capital projects, Ido will coordinate a site visit with the homeowner and you can charge a service fee for the estimate. For smaller repairs and renovations however, there is no site visit in order to minimize impact on our homeowners’ lives. What we do is collect as much info as possible with the necessary specs for the job. Our reps are trained to get the critical details for you to provide a good quote.

When contractors bill for the project, they would be billing the homeowner, not Ido. For your convenience, you can use our web app to make and track payment requests. That means you can submit your invoice and requests for payment to the homeowner using our web platform, which helps track everything from scope of work, to quote, agreement, progress, completion, invoice, and close out.

You can submit the change order to the homeowner using our web app. We help homeowners review change orders to qualify the changes needed to get the job done properly.
